Step 1: Open the WhatsApp chat you want to export.

Step 2: Tap on the contact or group name at the top.

Step 3: Scroll down and tap on "Export Chat".

Step 4: Choose "Without Media" to export as text.

Step 5: Save the file and upload it here!
